A talented attorney, pilot, realtor, and entrepreneur, Johnny has achieved a lot in his life. But more than his achievements, Johnny has a mission to share his knowledge, especially with underserved children, and help them achieve their full potential. To achieve this, he founded the Pineyro Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides scholarships and mentoring to students, preparing them to be productive members of society. Its programs aim to inspire stewardship, service, and success.
The Foundation believes that education is the springboard of opportunity in America, and all children should have access to it. They support public colleges, universities, and career, technical, and vocational schools. The Foundation provides scholarships to high school seniors committed to furthering their education and to adults attending technical education centers. Their ultimate goal is to effect real change in their community.
Away from the education space, Johnny has also made considerable strides in other areas of his life. As an attorney, he is proud of his ability to fight for victims who cannot fight for themselves as a personal injury lawyer. Johnny’s firm, Florida Injury Law Firm, has helped clients recover over $100 million in damages, and he was recently named to the Lawyers of Distinction List for 2023. He has also owned several aircraft and served as a consultant to the Airport Authority and a board member of several aviation-related nonprofit organizations. In the real estate space, Johnny’s passion led him to become a realtor in Florida and eventually launch Surgent Capital, a commercial real estate investment company with offices in Florida and New York.
Beyond the accolades and recognition, however, Johnny hopes to serve people, particularly those from underserved communities. “You make a living by what you get, but a life by what you give,” he states, quoting Sir Winston Churchill. Leave a Legacy is Johnny’s latest program, where he teaches individuals how to create a lasting impact on their lives and businesses. A combination of 3 areas he covered in previous courses (Personal Wealth School, Real Estate Syndication Blueprint, Law Clerk to CEO), Leave a Legacy is a visual encore of Johnny’s life’s work. On top of the three thematic areas, he has also included an in-depth module on how to give back to one’s community with a nonprofit 501(c)(3) and use it to serve the community and leave a philanthropic legacy.

As a tax-exempt entity, the organization will not be subject to federal income tax, and contributions may be tax-deductible for donors.
