Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon got to spend some quality time with her husband Josh Efird amid all the drama in their family.
The 22-year-old reality star took to Instagram Friday to share a snippet of her Las Vegas getaway with her 26-year-old husband. She uploaded a couple of photos showing her posing for the camera with Josh in the hotel lobby. She also included a funny video clip she took in their hotel room.
“Little Vegas photo dump. Stay tuned,” Pumpkin captioned her post and tagged Josh’s Instagram account.
Fans were thrilled to see the couple having some alone time together despite their busy family life with their four little children. Pumpkin and Josh are parents to 4-year-old Ella Grace, 1-year-old Bentley Jameson and 5-month-old twins Stella Renae and Sylus Rae.
Aside from their kids, Pumpkin also takes care of her younger sister, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, 17. She was given full custody of the latter in June after a messy legal battle with their mom, Mama June Shannon.
“I love how she’s just loving her man, raising her kids and sister and minding her business. Get it, Pumpkin,” one fan commented on the post.
“Love it!! It’s great to see you two having a little getaway,” another wrote.
“You two are amazing… the best love,” a third user added.
Pumpkin’s post came after she and Alana threw shade at Mama June over on TikTok. The reality siblings posted a clip of them taking turns dancing in front of the camera as texts about an older sister taking care of her younger sibling in the absence of their mom flashed over them.
Honey Boo Boo also made headlines recently when she got candid about her relationship with Mama June. According to her, they haven’t been in touch, even though Mama June previously expressed her desire to fix their relationship after the custody battle.
When Mama June recently paid tribute to her husband Justin Stroud and called him her “forever” on social media, fans were irked that she chose the 34-year-old tattoo artist over her children.
