When Petra Gospic first stepped into a body sculpting studio as a client, she didn’t expect the experience to reshape her entire career path. “I remember feeling completely lost,” she says. “I didn’t know what to do before or after the treatment, and no one really explained it to me.” What stayed with her was the lack of guidance and the realization that many people, especially women, were undergoing similar experiences. That moment became the catalyst for The Body Lab, a Brooklyn-based studio focused on how clients approach body sculpting and self-care.
Founded in 2023, The Body Lab offers a range of non-invasive treatments, including radiofrequency, cavitation, Brazilian lymphatic drainage, and wood therapy, all tailored to the physiology and goals of each client. But what sets the business apart is its emphasis on education, both for clients and for practitioners. “Every woman’s body is different,” says Gospic. “You can’t apply the same formula to everyone and expect meaningful results. Customization is everything.”
