One of the staples of Americans’ diets over the years has been the cheeseburger.
The hamburger was created around 1900. It is believed that cheese was not added and officially recognized until decades later. Many Americans prefer their burger with the typical items: a bun, a ground-beef meat patty, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayonnaise and ketchup.
