Tom Brady, Gisele Bundchen ‘Ready For A Fight’ Over ‘Immense Wealth’ Amid Divorce Rumors: Report

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen could be in for a “nasty” battle over their assets amid rumors that they are headed for divorce, a report has claimed.

In recent weeks, reports have claimed that Brady, 45, and Bundchen, 42, have been living separately and have hired divorce lawyers.

The attorney the Brazilian supermodel hired to take on Brady has been revealed to be Tom Sasser, the managing partner of the law firm of Sasser, Cestero & Roy, Page Six reported, citing unnamed insiders.

Described by the outlet as “the top divorce lawyer in Florida,” Sasser has had several high-profile clients, including Tiger Woods and Jeff Gordon.

“Things are very nasty between Tom and Gisele because of the lawyers. They are ready for a fight,” one unnamed tipster told the outlet. “Tom and Gisele are not battling over the kids, they both want joint custody. But it will take some time to divide their immense wealth and property all over the world.”

The former Victoria’s Secret Angel and the seven-time Super Bowl champion have two children — son Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivian, 9. Brady is also a dad to Jack, 15, whom he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan.

Another insider told Page Six that they believe it’s unlikely for Brady and Bundchen to reconcile at this point as they are now looking at dividing up their multimillion-dollar assets.

“I don’t think there will be any coming back now. They both have lawyers and are looking at what a split will entail, who gets what and what the finances will be,” the source claimed.

Brady has a net worth of $250 million, while Bundchen is estimated to be worth $400 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Earlier this year, Bundchen and Brady fought “over his decision to un-retire” from his football career as she had always wanted him to be “more present” for the kids, an unnamed insider previously told Page Six.

“They had agreed he would retire to focus on the family, then he changed his mind,” the tipster claimed.

Brady announced on Feb. 1 his retirement from the NFL after over two decades. However, six weeks later, he decided to return to the field for at least one more season.

On Thursday, Brady told reporters that he won’t be retiring anytime soon after he was asked about leaving the game midseason.

“That’s really why I’m here: I’m here to announce, finally, you guys pushed me to the brink,” he joked, CBS reported. “No, I love the sport and I love the teammates, and I wanna go do a great job for this team like I always have. So, no retirement in my future.”

Bundchen is done with Brady prioritizing his career over their family after putting her career on hold for him, an anonymous source told Entertainment Tonight.

“Gisele feels like Tom has chosen his career over his family, and she is tired of it. She also has her own dreams and aspirations and doesn’t want to have to keep putting her goals on hold,” the source told ET.

In her interview with Elle magazine last month, Bundchen said she now wants to pursue her personal goals after doing her part in supporting her family as her husband pursued his dream.

“I’ve done my part, which is [to] be there for [Tom],” she told the magazine for its October issue. “I have a huge list of things that I have to do, that I want to do. At 42, I feel more connected with my purpose.”
