When Jerod Cole and his longtime colleague Kyle Rakestraw first began their careers as turbine technicians, they quickly realized that transparency was essential. “We saw projects where repair quality was declining and costs were rising,” says Cole, CEO and Co-founder of Wind Revive Solutions. “You would get an initial quote and then a much higher invoice. It just didn’t sit right with us.”
That frustration became the spark behind Wind Revive Solutions, a company founded to bring clarity, accountability, and care back into turbine maintenance and repair.
