Fast forward, Marcela made it to the Middle East, in Saudi Arabia.Despite her busy schedule at work, Marcela’s quest for knowledge led her to pursue an MBA at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and growth.
While juggling her work and studies, Marcela managed to write and get her book “Along Came a Soulmate” (published under a pen name “Armenia Jess”).
In her current and permanent role as a Program Development and Evaluation Analyst at ARAMCO, Marcela’s time management skills shine as she navigates various responsibilities; handling international accreditation, customer satisfaction measurement and quality assurance review functions. Her dedication to her job is evident yet she also finds time to pursue her passions outside of work.Marcela’s life extends beyond corporate corridors; she embraces adventure through travel that gives her an opportunity to enjoy the world and nature. She loves sight seeing, scuba diving and mountain climbing. She has been traveling since she was eighteen years old and had visited more than 70 countries.
Despite her busy schedule, Marcela also remains deeply committed to advocacy, sponsoring underprivileged children in Africa and spearheading reforestation efforts in the Philippines.Her achievements haven’t gone unnoticed, with prestigious titles such as Mrs. Universe (Saudi Arabia) 2023, Mrs. Advocacy (United Arab Emirates) 2023 and Glamour Woman of the Year 2023 recognizing her dedication to beauty, fashion and positive change.
